Be Kind!

Hello all! Today's lecture was very informative as well as inspirational! Today, we talked about what it means to be a global leader, the impact we can mack on other lives, and how we can be self-efficient. We started the lecture by going over what a lollipop moment is. So, what is it?

A lollipop moment is when one positively impacts and shapes someone's life without even realizing it. I liked that we started our lecture off on this because there are so many people that don't realize the amount of power that can hold. It's quite scary for many to think that they can impact someone enough to where it changes that person's life course. Having a conversation about this during the lecture really made me realize that every action of kindness truly matters no matter how small. We never know what someone else is going through and it is tough at times for people to be open about it. I am grateful for those in the world who go out of their way to show a kind hand. I have a few people in my life who has this characteristic and I will now make sure that they know just how appreciated they are! Overall, I really enjoyed this topic during the lecture because it reminded me of the kind people in my life and my own lollipop moment.

After our lecture, I was absolutely starving so I went out to eat. I decided to visit a local food truck stop called Amores Perros Bistro. I was really indecisive as they had mannyyyy options. After a while, I finally decided on nachos with beef, chicken, pico de gallo , queso, and lettuce. This picture right below looks right?? It was in fact trash yall :(

I was very much heartbroken. BUT the mango drink I got was top tier :)

After my disappointment, I went home in defeat for a refreshing nap that was greatly deserved.
