Today is our second day at Punta Leona. After yesterday‘s full day of adventure, we get to have a more relaxed day now. Which we will use to the max! We started off our morning bright and early by getting breakfast. There were so much to eat. We had a full buffet style for breakfast from fruit to cereal, pancakes, and eggs. Look at all the fresh delicious fruit options we had. Just by looking at it, makes my mouth water.

Once we were finishing up breakfast, we all agreed to go spend more time at the beach. So we all hurried up to get our swimsuits and towels. On our way out to our rooms, we got a beautiful view of nature. There is Rafael being so cheerful because being surrounded by such lovely warmth of the scenery makes him smile.

Once we were all ready, we headed to the bus stop. The funny moment of the day was being skipped by the shuttle bus. We then went to another bus stop to get picked up at. There was two beaches to choice from, Playa Blanca (White Beach) and Mantas Beach. We choose Playa Blanca since we went to Mantas Beach the day prior. Some of us sitting of the beach did get dragged into the ocean because the tides were so strong. Mother Nature loved us so much she water to hug us! I got to enjoy sunbathing while reading a book, which was heaven to me. Another thing we enjoyed doing was making our classmate Karyn into a mermaid. She loved the tail we were making for her here. As you can tell from the picture, I was having fun too. (I am the one with the black bikini.)

We had so much fun but had to leave back to our wonderful home stays. On our way back we got to revisit El Jardin(The garden) for lunch and more souvenir shopping. On our way back, we also made another stop for fresh fruits. The fresh fruit stand was called Frutera Shalom. I love the amount of fruits we have been able to get here. There were also a variety of candy, drinks, and chips being sold. But we were all so invested in the fruits. All the colors from this fruit stand makes me feel so happy.

We all made it home safely! And were Pura Vida all day! Thank you for reading. - Brenda Ponce
